1. Log in to CDSL Easiest by clicking on https://web.cdslindia.com/myeasitoken/home/login. Click on "Setup" within the Transactions section after logging in.


2. Click on Bulk Setup.


3. Go to "Transaction" and enter the execution date. Enter the Beneficiary Owner ID (BOID) of the individual to whom the securities are intended for transfer. Choose "NA" from the drop-down menu in the Entity Identifier.

  1. Go to Account ISINs and select the ISINs in the holdings from the list. Select the purpose for the trade and enter the quantity. If the off-market transfer contains a consideration and is not a gift or a self-transfer, stamp duty must first be paid to CDSL. 


  1. Select "Submit" and then click on "OK".

  1. Select "Verify". For off-market transactions, the fields Exchange ID, Counter Party Exchange ID, Market Type, Counter Party Market Type, Settlement ID, and Counter Settlement ID are not required to be filled in.

  1. Once you click "Commit," enter the OTP sent to your registered email and mobile number.


  1. Input the 8-digit alphanumeric CDSL easiest PIN received through the registered email ID. Do not use the 6-digit CDSL TPIN. For first-time users, it's necessary to modify the default PIN by going to web.cdslindia.com/myeasitoken/home/login, clicking on Miscellaneous, and then selecting Change PIN.

If the PIN is not received or forgotten, go to web.cdslindia.com/myeasitoken/home/login, click on Miscellaneous, and then choose Reset PIN.

The request is now forwarded to the Depository Participant (DP) for confirmation. Upon approval, the transfer will be processed.
